British humor. Great. Now all we need is a sped up montage of people chasing after each other set to tinny piano music.

Ha, says the person who has no idea that Britain was fighting in Iraq.
Such knowledge of our culture. . .

I may not know British culture, but I know TV! As long as its in English and it's been on television, I have seen or at least heard about it.

I've definitely seen Doctor Who on Scifi. I have only seen one or a few eps of Life on Mars, Big Brother and of course EastEnders. I have only heard of Spooks, Catherine Tate, I'm a Celebrity Get Me Out of Here, and Doctors. And you've got me on the others.
Wait a minute, you watch Big Brother? You must be, like, the only one, huh?

Oh you'd think so, wouldn't you? The Chief Executive of the channel wanted to axe it this year but it's their biggest form of revenue and viewers. So, he didn't have much choice, lol.

The British version of Big Brother is successful? Seriously? Man. In America, it's like a joke.

Well there was this whole racist issue last series but it's still going. In fact I can hear it on the TV next door. Oh and just to let you know, Coronation Street, which you seem not to know, gets the seconde highest ratings in the country after Eastenders.

I'm not too fond of soap operas, so sue me.
Besides, my new cable provider doesn't have any of the British channels, not even BBC, and I like American programming better, 'cause its easier to understand.

OMG, have I ever! I love America Ferrera, she's a genius actress, and Marc and Amanda are awesome characters! The show has some outlandish plots for my taste, but its got just as much heart to make up for it!
Is that your favorite American show?

You know it jiust could be. I'm afraid I've long been of the opinion that us Brits makes the best TV but that's neither here nor there. Anyway, it just finished its fun here last week and left us with a nice, if not slightly knotted on end with dead ex husband, dead fiance man

Yeah, that's one of the better finales of the American TV season. My once-favorite show in the coughsigcoughcoughcoughbannercough had a terrible one to round off a terrible season. I'm going to change it in the very near future to my new favorite underdog show, Friday Night Lights.
Ooh, have you seen that one?
