Oh Ash, Donna would be proud, Kudos will be calling next. . . It took a whole five minutes and thirty two seconds for you to get onto it, I am surprised. And you did not like 300 THAT much, I remember. I have teh Spiderman boxset too, I am so cool. ;D You know the best part though, I managed to get in on the act. How did I know that it would be me when the bloody phone started ringing. Haha. Fun, fun, fun. Ermm - Diehard. Yes I saw that on one of my rare excursions to the cinema without you, 4.0 I mean. Hmm, great film- but I kinda sorta fell asleep near the end. Apparently it should've been impossible since there were lots of booms and crashes but nope somehow I slept right through it. Admitedly it was on the day when I had to entertain students visiting from China and I had to get up at school time for the first time in a while so I guess that could've been part of it. You really have no sympathy for your kids now do you? I watch musicals and well, yer know what I'm getting at. . .

I don't have time to watch the whole thing, but I just watched up to the Gollum part, and I think I may just fall out of my chair and literally roll on the floor laughing.

*ignores Steven's self-righteous essay* Lol, good girl, Angie. That, like the entire thing, was completely improvised (I don't know why I ate the ring, I seriously don't), so . . . hmm, I think you'll like the Indian Jones bit.

No Ash only about, what, a 1/4 of that is self-righteous. Come on, gimme a break. I spent a good twenty minutes of my life watching that (and more replying ) you could at least give an answer to some of my more valid points. Just because you don't like admitting you only liked 300 cos of the scantly clad men. Honestly. . .

Oh Steven, there's nothing at all wrong with liking 300 for any of the reasons it should be liked - the men, and the fights. ;D Lol, yeah Techy, I had it on Kerrang the whole time. In the Ask Me Anything one, I'm sitting in front of the computer which is always on the Guild. ;D

Finally I get to use the computer again! Now I can comment.
Of course it would be Steven who called. Classic.
You should think of being on the track team. lol.
Gone With The Wind is one of my favorites too. Strange how many times one woman could fall down stairs in the same movie, and not for comedic effect.
God bless you for loving Spiderman. Best. Superhero. Ever. (Even though Tobey McGuire isn't all that good-looking, when you think about it). I agree that Spiderman is one of the best comic book adaptations ever. Batman Begins was a close second, and while I think it was done better qualitatively speaking, Kirsten Dunst is a better leading lady than Katie Holmes, and it's no fair that Bruce Wayne has resources to throw around while Spidey only has his powers and his wits.
I've never seen any of the Star Wars movies from beginning to end. I don't see the big deal.
I tried to watch the Phantom of the Opera, but it made me sleepy. I like my musicals flashy and campy, which is why I'm a sucker for High School Musical like everyone else, which is why I can't help but watch Grease every time I see it on TV, which is why I'm dying to see Hairspray, which is why I wasn't all that enthused by Dreamgirls. I even tried reading the book, and I didn't get farther than a few chapters.
You're very good at being earnest on camera. You should remember that if you ever want to go into acting someday. As for your bits, well ... um ... did I mention you're very good at being earnest? Although, you did do quite a job as Scarlett. I almost thought you were lip-syncing that voice!
Your house is so clean. Makes me jealous 'cause I'm in a charge of the cleaning in my house and, well, 'nuff said.
I heard 300 did surprisingly well in theaters. Makes me want to see it more, when you add it to all the other, ahem, obvious reasons why you'd want to watch it.
Damn it, I've forgotten something I wanted to say. I'll have to watch it again sometime.

Hey, my bits were fine for a mess-around-in-my-clean-house-while-it-was-empty. ;D Did you notice my hat on the running bit? I was wearing an Indiana Jones-style hat, but when I replayed it, it was blurred but I kept cracking up at myself so I didn't care. I saw Hairspray on Saturday, in between reading Deathly Hallows and reading Deathly Hallows. You like High School Musical?

You don't like High School Musical? Come on! I know it's bad, but it's bad in a really watchable way. It's very Disney, and I'm just inexplicably attracted to everything Disney. Some of the songs are really catchy ("We're all in this together", "Stick to the Status Quo"). And I'm gay, so it's biologically predetermined that I like musicals. And how hot is Corbin Bleu?

I had to sing 'We're All In This Together' with Jigsaw. I can understand the appeal, really. BUT I hate it. No particular reason, but I have heard enough songs and seen enough clips to pre-determine that I will hate it more if I sit through it. Grease I love. Hairspray - tres catchy, despite the (admittedly quite good-looking in the film) addition of HSMs Zac Efron. POTO - enchanting. HSM - I'd rather paint my face with my allergy-inducing hair dye.
