I've decided that since Ash and I both want an interview, we should ask/answer each other ... I'll start ...
Ash ... um ... what's your favorite quote?

Ah, good idea!
Probably 'You know when you wish for something really hard? Well, God's the guy that ignores you!'. It's from a film called 'The Island'. That might not be the exact quote, but it's a gist.
Do you have any genre preferences when it comes to movies?

um ... usually I watch comedy with my family (mainly the British stuff), I love action movies, and scary movies are good when they are actually scary (that takes a lot for me!!), but I don't really have a preference.
What's your favorite movie?

I have a fair few. Lord of the Rings always hits the spot. The Matrix. Star Wars. Almost any comedy movie with Hugh Grant in it. Shaun of the Dead. Spiderman. I have a fair few and more, lol!
Do you like living in America? (I assume that you're American . . . )

yes, I'm American ... and sorry I haven't been on much lately ...
um ... I kinda like living in the US, but I kinda don't ... I'm scared that we're gonna get a female president (if that happens, I'll probably flee to Canada), but I like everything else about life here ... *shrug* it's probably not much different from living anywhere else
and I forgot to ask a question .... um ... what level of schooling are you at?

I'm in Year 11 in Britain, coming up to big exams. I'm in all the top ability groups, though probably shouldn't be. Why not a female president?

I believe that guys were meant to lead, and women weren't ... it goes back into the Christian tradition ... and the woman that might be elected (Hilary Clinton) might be good as a senator, but I don't think she has what it takes to lead an entire country. Men are usually better suited for dealing with wars, and a female president might turn the White House pink or something ... *shudders* ... I hate pink along with most things girly ...
Along a more sane note, I don't agree with most of what she stands for, and I don't think this country is ready to be lead in that direction. We're in the middle of a war, and we need someone who is willing to see it to completion before acting rashly and pulling troops out. Hilary is also a Democrat, and I am Republican, though I vote depending on moral standards and personal qualifications.
What's your favorite POTO song?

I don't know much about American politics, so I can't comment on Hilary Clinton, but I think that women can be equally good at leading. But we all have our own opinions.
I love The Point of No Return, The Music of the Night and the title song. It's always between those three. I didn't even know you'd seen it - are you a Phanty Phan or Raoul Raver? (Phantom or Raoul to win, basically)

idk ... I actually like both of them almost equally ... the phantom has a bit of an attitude problem, though ... but Raoul is too chivalrous ...
which one are you for?

The Phantom all the way for me. I root for the bad guy. Raoul was just . . . mehful.

And I'm confused . . .

meaning I go both ways ... better not let Ethan see that comment ... usually if someone goes either way on an issue, they are 'fence sitters', but they changed the fence, so I can't sit on it anymore ... it has barbed wire on the top now
