Mar sighed they probably weren't going to leave him alone until he said something. "Do you really want to know why I don't want friends?" He asked staring at the ground. "Everytime I do, things happen. Usually they die or hate me for the rest of their life."

"Really? Huh. Would you care explaining why they end up dead or hating you?" she asked, squeezing his arm all the harder, trying to let him know that death didn't scare her.
Besides, it would take a LOT to make her hate friends. That was one thing she loved/hated about herself. Her loyalty. It could be the best blessing or the worst curse.
The other four came over by them, showing their support for Gwen and Siren by Pippin linking his arm within Mar's and the other three closing the circle. She had just met them, but this group was closer than ever.

(We allowed to bring in original characters from the original thread? If so, is it okay if I join back in with Mac? Or should I make a new character since his name is similar to DD's?)

(JAYJAY!!!!! *glomps* i brought in mi old charrie ;D sure u can!!!! i kinda miss mac he was funny!!!!) "listen, Mar," started Siren, "we're stubborn. We're not likely to start hating you all that soon. And i'm not an easy 1 to kill off! trust me, it's been tried. and… i completely messed up that entire plan." "more's the pity," mumbled Ron, looking cheeky. "HEY!" complained Siren, "be nice!" she pouted childishly, then turned back to Mar. "evidently, we don't give up that easily, so you cnt gt rid of us that easily. so there." she nodded and crossed her arms. "we're too stupid to give up or get killed. especially Pip."

(srry... ) Mar still stayed quiet. Not really wanting to make friends but he gave in and smiled a little. Obviosly the others weren't going to give up and were planning on being his friend no matter what.

(Can I join? I know there's flux going on. I have played many a thread like this before. However; could I play Constantine? He's from my novel Plotseekers. He could look like a high schooler; the thing is that he'd probably be in the HP/LotR school to check it out because it messes with the canon of the two fandoms and the Plotseekers' job is to keep all straight in the fictional worlds. He'd be completely undercover, at first--mind you then, none of the students would be able to know, in-game, who he really is. I know that'd be adding a dimension I'm not sure y'all want, but I do know you're friendly and creative. I can play a normal character if you would rather. How many of these--what I call RPGs and you call joint stories--are active on this site? lol, you need to advertise more for this thing!)

"So?" Gwen gently shook Mar with her arm, "Are yu going to tell us why your so called past friends usually die or hate you?"
"You don;t have to if you don;pt want to though." Pippin said, seeing that Gwen forgot to, "We'll stick by you if you want us to even so."

Mar stared back at the ground not willing to tell what happened to his friends. He was better off that way. Last time he tried to tell someone, an annoying therapist really, said it was just in his head. Besides it was better to keep it locked up so he wouldn't have to feel the same pain as before again.

(OOC: Anybody remember the Muses RPG? I just dug that up. P.S. Constantine is being grumpy. We'll see where this goes, but I might change characters to a normal kid. P.P.S. What time is it now? Before or after class?)
The walls shifted around him. Constantine closed his eyes, feeling sick. He partly fell against a nearby wall and felt stone crumble under his fingers' grip. He snarled and tried to concentrate.
When next his eyes opened, there was at least a semblance of image laid over the raw description-potential around him at the front hall of the Multigalaxular School. I didn't think it'd be this bad. But he laid aside the reasons for that and took stock of his own duplicity. Shoulder-slung black backpack, jeans, sweatshirt. He looked like a teenager, probably middle class American. except for the plain, smooth wooden wand sticking out of the top of the pack. He had even adopted a legitimate slouch.
Delightful, Constantine muttered sarcastically, and started up the hallway in search of students, Sues, or --though he hoped non--someone canon. Or, of course, adventure. That was a more optimistic option, always.
