I'm working on a novel actually. I've been working on it for the past year and I have to say that I'm fairly happy with the progress. So far it's um... 101,000 words... *dies*
Anywho... here's the summary:
"The Visaden, one of the mighty Sea Clans, is fact becoming one of the greatest powers on the water, second only to the Cyrok. L'ira, a young mage rasied among the Visaden quickly finds herself in a power struggle between the two clans, aided by an unlikely group of pirates, mages and allies from both sides."
And... I have no linky, because I'm avoiding putting it up on the internet in the hopes that I will be sending it off to a publisher soon, however, anyone that wants to help me out by reading it, PM me. It's long, but I promise, it's worth the read.

Mostly, I just work on my novel these days. Though I also have a lot of small pieces (like Voices) that I work on.

I only have one, a comedy about a high school with its own Narrator with an ego and a habit of insulting the readers of his story (because he thinks its crud you should have never read in the first place) who decides to make a few select students protagonists in his many stories. It's called Guys and Gals, and here's the link should you decide to read it (though The Narrator will probably make you regret doing so): ywg2.proboards80.com/index.cgi?board=fiction&action=display&thread=1154813014

Wow scarecrow, that sounds like a very original and fun premise; perhaps I shall read.

I am working on three libretti, a book that can sit atop and squish most others, and my monthly gazette.

I'm currently writing a couple of short stories about this fictional place called Blue Creek, and the way how the people who live there are bound together by their broken relationships with each other. I'll post it when I'm through with the first one, and after Froggy has given it the old once-over.

I'm currently in the middle of a three part non-auto-biographical metafiction short-story (though it may be a novella...I'm not sure).

In all honesty, I'm not technciallcy working on anything. I write when it comes to me, and never when it doesn't. My stories usually end up unfinished and underdeveloped.
Currently, I'm (for lack of a better word) working on a sci-fi military story that involves the relationships betweeen the memebrs of an elite marine unit sent to test a new weapon on a group of wandering inhabitants of what used to be Pakistan. The mission, however, is far more than it seems. Fun, right?

If grim is your idea of fun, it's superfun!
I'm working on a supernatural story of a misfit magical law enforcement team. It's called "the Omega Team" and it's up for reading in the Fiction section.
