I saw the trailer when I went to see 300. I like the idea, but . . . I dunno, I thought I'd be really excited when I saw the trailer at the cinema, but it just fell flat on its face for me. Still, maybe it's a case of 'crap trailer, great movie'. I hope so, anyway.

maybe, but remember, PoTC2 wasn't as good as it should have been, compared to the first. We can only ope this ones better.

It wasn't as good because the first one was meant to be a stand-alone movie, not part of a trilogy - the second one was forced. So, yeah, maybe you're right - maybe the continuation, plus the fact that this ends a forced yet existant trilogy, will make this movie better.

I hope it will make it a better movie. I may die if its not, the first was so good. But I bet many people won't see it due to the second, not very many people liked it.

A lot of people will see it - the fans will see it, and the curious ones who wanna know how it ends will see it. It'll do well in box office terms, definately. But if it's rubbish . . . I'll cry.

The second one was OK - not as good as the first.

yes, the second was okay, but it had a lot of not needed romance scenes between Elizabeth and Jack. they should have cut those scenes and put a bit more action in. But hey, maybe they couldn;t come up with some on the fly.

Man, you guys have great teachers. The last time I got to watch an entertaining movie was in eighth grade when my teacher would put on Finding Nemo every day (that was how I memorized the entire movie) while she got drunk off of her "water" (AKA vodka) and fell asleep on her desk.
