I will now begin to present my case: Ladies and gentlemen of the jury, if I could please turn your attention to Ethan's profile stats. Pay particular attention to his post count. How do you think that someone could raise their count so high in such a short space of time? The truth is obvious - spam. Unneeded spam. Please turn your attention to Exhibit X, a quote from the defendant: lmao...(and, to add the proverbial fire wood to the bonfire that is my case) Spam Spam Spam Spam Spam Spam Spam Spam Spam Spam Spam Spam Spam Spam Spam Spam Spam Spam Spam Spam Spam Spam Spam Spam Spam Spam Spam Spam Spam Spam Spam Spam Spam Spam Spam Spam Spam Spam Spam Spam Spam Spam Spam Spam Spam Spam Spam Spam Spam Spam Spam Spam Spam Spam Spam Spam Spam Spam Spam Spam Spam Spam Spam Spam Spam Spam Spam Spam Spam Spam Spam Spam Spam Spam Spam Spam Spam Spam Spam Spam Not only is the a classic example of the defendant's spam, it also shows a complete lack of respect that he holds towards this case - in a way, it manages to spam up his own spam. Also, ladies and gentlemen, remember Ethan's constant one word posts of 'touche' and 'indeed' and 'lmao' - useless posts in a conversation, so useless that it is classed as spam. The truth is obvious - Ethan is a spammer.

Now I think I have a chance to defends myself here...
What is spam? Websters dictionary defines spam as a canned food product consisting esp. of pork formed into a solid block. . .

Me neither...
This case is simple. Yes, I have spammed.
But doesn't it say on the Anything Else board "Feel free to spam or cry or rant or rave?"

You forget where you are. Spam on this site means senseless topics, not senseless posts.

Then maybe that should be clarified in a sticky or something...at least then we all know...you can't expect everyone to just know this stuff when it says feel free to spam in the board description (this is a fun case, right?)

Then you should have taken it into your own head that most people don't like senseless spamming. The fact is, you've spammed. The evidence is clear. (yeah.)

I would like to object on the fact that the prosecuter herself is a spammer

Objection, I'm not the one on trial here.

Not yet...
and I am just pointing out the hypocricy in this case

Again, you're the one on trial here, no one else. This case is about YOUR spam. It asked that you be proved a spammer, that's been done.

Ok then, my next objective is to file a case about ALL the spammers, we'll see who's still left on the guild afterwards...I guarentee you it would be a less interesting place to be

Is that your defence?
|
|
|
Post by Ethan on Apr 12, 2007 5:50:25 GMT -5
No, my defense is the fact that it says "feel free to spam" and not specifying anything, therefore, it is not my fault, and is the fault of whichever admin for typing that in to the board description
