Dude, she's like one of my favorite fantasy authors. ;D
Oh, yes! Tamora Pierce! I read some of her books in eighth grade (which seems like such a long time ago. . .), and I liked them quite a bit. She doesn't stand up to the hype about her quite as much as she should (or maybe that's just my being surrounded by Tamora Pierce fanatics. . .), but she's still very good.

umm, there's this one philosophy book I really like, umm, the guy who wrote it is sometimes ccalled the champion of the human spirit and is sometimes blamed for the rise of the Nazis???
I also really luv a christmas carol, hilarious, simply hilarious. Aesops Fables was a great book too if you're into fables. One of my alltime modern favorites is definitely Eragon and/or it's sequel eldest, it rocks!!!
(If I was talking favorite manga though it would probably Naruto volume seven or bleach volume one...)

Hm...my favorites are, The Lord of the Rings, The Outsiders, almost any Erma Bombeck book, the Bible (of course), almost any Janette Oke book, especially A Gown of Spanish Lace (what can I say? I'm a hopeless romantic!), The Princess Bride (yes I mean the book. It was better than the movie, even though the movie is amazing already!), any Chicken Soup for the Soul book. *nods*

I'm really into Wuthering Heights, Pride and Prejudice, David Copperfield. Catch-22 is marvelously funny, and the series of books by Lawrence Sanders on Archy McNally kill me. I really enjoyed House of Sand and Fog, and The Great Gatsby, and Catcher in the Rye.
Oh, and the Harry Potter Series. How cliche am I right? Book 5 especially (Dumbledore's Army rules!).
