Currently Playing: TES IV: Oblivion
Waiting For: Halo 3, Bioshock

Haze/Halo 3 screenshot comparison here. Haze does look quite good. It has an ok-ish idea - player working for a large corperation and then finds out something and turns against them (although used far too much) and it's got some good gameplay ideas (playing dead and stealing someone's gun) but it doesn't look as good graphically and to me it seems and doesn't seem to be anything special.
Bioshock: Bioshock looks awesome. I've seen a few lo-res gameplay movies from E3 and it's got good gameplay features (you can pick nearly everything up) and people on the Bungie forums (The Flood like this one) say it's got awesome graphics - maybe event better than Halo 3's. Not sure how big the game area is but it seems pretty big - unlike the fights which seem rather small (only a few people fighting in one area). One I bother to download the demo of the marketplace I'll be able to judge it a bit better.
Halo 3: It's not possible to not be really excited about a game you're spending £75 on. I've even bothered to clean my room just to make room for the helmet. (Something is very important if I makes me want to clean my room.)
The graphics look quite good (although the Chief looks a bit plastic-y the environments look very detailed and apparently the scale is huge. Somewhere I read that one of the 'smaller' large battles has more enemies in it than the entire first level of Halo: CE.
The equipment is said to enhance the gameplay - forcing you to have to think about what you're doing instead of being able to learn the level by heart. Lots of info in the gameing mags in the US but I can't get them over here .
I can't be bothered to write any more about games - gotta start preparing for a Legendary run through of Halo 1 + 2.
