Before I voice my opinion I'll let a few people vote. This is a Christian theological debate, so if you are not a Christian and you are offended by faiths that believe you are going to Hell, don't read it.

It's old fashioned, but quite interesting. I don't know much about it.

Alright, well Limbo is the place in Hell where the virtuous pagans go. Personally, I think anyone deserving of the title virtuous goes to Heaven, not Hell, so I disagree with Limbo, and would almost call it bad theology. But many Christians would disagree with me.
In my opinion to be "saved" (I hate cliche terms like "saved, if someone has a betters suggestion for a word please put it foward) is not to know a name, or the ability to get the words right because of the brain's knowledge.
Some would say that if "I accept Jesus into my life, to cleanse me of my sins" bammo, you're going to heaven. But this person, no, he/she doesn't know the name of our savior. Pity, 'guess he'll/she'll go to hell for his/her ignorance. He/she served God, and tried to live for Him, but he/she never knew about His Son.
I just can't believe in both a loving God, and this. They cannot co-exist in what I believe to be truth. Maybe I'm wrong, I admit that, but then my idea of God would have to radically change (hopefully for the better, but I can't see how).

I think there are many misinterpretations of Christianity and the Word of God, and this could be one of them. I think it's very possible that those who are ignorant of God's and Jesus's teachings will get the possibility of heaven, such as children who die before the "age of accountability."

I agree with Den. The idea of limbo doesn't fit with my conception of what God is.

Yet another reason why I don't go to church but am still a Christian.
