Did anyone happen to save the old joint stories?

I figured this is best off here, for viewing's sake.

Anyways, obviously the old YWG is no longer accessible. (TBH, I started to cry a little when I realized I could no longer view all the really old threads and all!) Worst of it all is the realization that the joint stories some us loved so much are now gone.

I haven't been active much at all for the last year or two, but I wanted to come plead in the unlikely chance that someone saved the old stories (most importantly, the LoTR one as my character in that, Jaryrr, is one that I had hoped to continue on with in other fandoms). So, what all this jumbled garble is coming down to, is me questioning if anyone happened to save any of the jointies whatsoever. I hope someone has and will eventually see this...but if not, I guess it's just one more memory of better times gone forever.

Jade, I looked and I couldn't find anything. I tried making a new account on the old website, but it's like a corpse. There is still that LoTR/HP school fanfic, which about more than half of is on this site .... Is there any way we'd be able to fix the old site? Or at least be able to navigate it again?

Blast...that's unfortunate. Somewhere in the depths of my mind, I was hoping that somehow someone else would still be able to access it, even my comp couldn't...That's a bit depressing. I tried the new account thing too, but since it's impossible to see the security code thingy...*sigh* What on Earth happened to it?? Doubt it can be fixed, at any rate...

I had actually PMed Broky about that once a looooong time ago...Unfortunately, I'm going to be honest and say that I just don't have the committment to keep up with a jointy at this time and don't want to pretend that I can handle it. It's just that I wanted some of the old stuff, some of the writing we had done with Froggy and all that (Plus I miss Jaryrr, Mac, and Zeke, haha). Back in better times and all that sentimental stuff
