Two questions sort of.
1. I have a character who is very emotional, and a little insane. But he always dwells on his past, using it for an excuse for what he does. He is a villain, and he believes that what he is doing, is for the betterment of the society. He appears stubborn, and he is extremely emotional, which is a downfall, since it's used against him alot. He is basically the side of a human; that is the darker side. It's what the stories supposed to be about, One entity, split. And while one lives, the other darker one eventually cannot live the peaceful life both entities want to live. So my question is, how do I portray his emotional character, with stubborness and insanity into his speeches and wording?
2. This may sound stupid, but how do I describe a character that looks like Vegeta from DBZ? lol..

1. There is not only one right way to do this. But if you want to make him appear insane then let him do things or say things that do not relate to what is going on at the moment and make no sense. For emotionality you could have him get upset at something of little importance. So, if he is insane and emotional you could characterize his speech with short, terse, loud, and rambling. "Not possible! I was here before. I never saw any of this." But let me say again, this is a question only you can answer. Practice it. Say his lines aloud to yourself. If it sounds too sane, then throw in an oddity or two.
2. I have never watched any Dragon Ball Z.

1)I agree with Denithar, but to add something, don't forget that it's as much about what you say as how you say it. It's about facial expressions and other nonverbal cues. Emotional people tend to exaggerate, too. They burst out and then try to be all strong and quiet and then they burst out again. They're always seeking to explain themselves and justify themselves in the eyes of the world.
"No, I don't believe you! I would have none if she hadn't loved me! I would have known, you hear! Don't you dare tell me that she didn't love me! I would have known."
So, lots of drama for the emotional part, mayhaps. For the insane, randomness is your friend, depending on what type of insanity you're going for... If he's insane with emotion then just let it come out in gobs that could rival your average Spanish soap.
Speaking of wish, think Spanish soap. That's pretty emotional right there. Just watch for melodrama
2. Also unfamilar with DBZ, though I do know there's a character with outrageously spiked yellow hair...
