I think I've got a bit of writers block *sigh*. I have loads of ideas but when I put pen to paper they seem to float out of my head making my writing seem forced and dull so I'm doing some descriptive writing to loosen up a bit. This isn't the full thing it just the first season and its not describing the picture I just found a picture to go with it. WinterThe sky was crystal blue, pale and misted like a cloud of frosted breath. faded cloud stretched out fine tendrils of smoke, distorting the uniform blue of the sky. The sun shone weakly through the blue haze, its golden light filtered to silver as it passed through thickly entwined branches. The trees were naked of their usually olive green leaves. The branches seemed tough and chewy like rubber and their fingers creaked in the faint wind. Thorny brambles grabbed the roots of trees with their sharp nails, scratching the bark leaving pale lines etched in the bark. The floor was scattered with dead twigs and leaves hidden under a layer of pure white snow that had managed to fall from the canopy above. Shadows darkened the snow, stretching like dust over its fine surface.Nothing stirred and the air was calm. Mountains in the distance loomed over the land casting fearsome dark shadows over a quiet lake where speckled koi slept.
