I stumbled across this site while googling something to do with writing i think. I'm 15 and read TONS. I read a book for fun, and if i find it really good, i'll reread it to find out how it works. I'm currently working on a plot for a fantasy story i am writing (which has not title as of yet) that, contrary to what is poplular, has virtually no magic (except for black sorcery, which is not described in detail) and no dragons.
I think they can be great tools in writing but are sometimes overused. Tolkien's my favourite author, and Anthony Horowitz is my favourite comedy-type writer (diamond brother series). That's a quick overview. Hello everyone!
