Here's a pirate I just finished sketching. There are of course a few thing wrong with it, so c&c is welcome.

I like it! All in proportion, nice pose - really, well done! You just need to give him a mouth or whatever would show from this angle on his face. And one question - is that right hand (pirate's right) holding something?

Actually ash, I prefer it without the mouth. More mysterious, oh and it's totally individualistic too mannnnnn! The left foot seems a bit too square to me though, but I do like the sketch, a quite well-dressed pirate I think!

His hand is resting on the pommel of his sword. I didn't draw it very well because I got lazy.
I am no good at drawing feet, so anything that faintly resembles a foot is good for me. But I'll practice on them more. I can't draw facial features either, but now I'll just tell people I'm going for a look. ;D

Yeah, smart move! Makes you seem deep and interesting. Not to say, I don't mean that you're not, I'm sure you are-- *Runs to hide as Blackbird comes to kill him like a little worm*

*Grabs axe and runs after Steven* You can't hide from me, I'll find you!!!!!
I would put more drawings up, but I have almost no imagination. So if anyone has any ideas, please tell me. I am almost reduced to tears when I think of my lack of imagination. Maybe not that, but it is bad.

Why don't you draw a blackbird or something from the Carribean? See my imagination is huge

Thanks for the idea. Here is the original sketch and a version I made using an impressionist tool. Now this is my first time using this tool, so there will obviously be things wrong.

Thanks, I'm glad you like them.
Yet again I have no ideas, so if anyone has any, please put them up. Please!! I'm so unimaginative.

why not try another pirate but this time one who is madly in love with the first one and will do anything to get them. Or you could do a parrot, or a ship, or a bottle of rum.... I could go on for ever but I'd bore you to death within a few minutes so I won't

I'm working on the other pirate now, so I should be finished in about 20 minutes or so. I'm going to finish her later, there's something else I need to work on. But c&c please anyway.
